Job Summary
Primary duties of this position are to assist in Packaging of Industrial Electronics and Components: This involves carefully and accurately packaging industrial electronics and related components for shipment. It includes ensuring that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, following specific packaging guidelines, and using appropriate materials to safeguard the products. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping environment as well as ensuring shipping supplies are well stocked and easily accessible.
- Adhering to established shipping schedules and deadlines.
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management. This may involve completing tasks outside of the specified duties, assisting colleagues with their responsibilities, or participating in special projects as needed.

- Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
- Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month to be eligible for the commission program.
- Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.
- Employee will need to average 23 points per hr- upstairs and 13 points per hr- downstairs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 70 pounds individually, continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds individually, team lifts up to 200 lbs
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is between 1030am and 730pm, Monday through Friday. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional time as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a shipping area. Dress attire is casual but professional in a shipping setting. All employees are encouraged to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.

Salary Information
The recruiting base salary for this FULL TIME position is $135,360 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
