Production Incentives: Earn up to $21.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Description

Total Warehouse Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates, Machine Operators, Order Pickers, Loaders, Unloaders, Forklift Operators, and Material Handlers for our growing warehouse operation in Monroe Township, NJ.

We are conveniently located for candidates in Monroe Township, East Windsor, Hightstown, East Brunswick, Cranbury, Jamesburg, Spotswood, South Brunswick, Princeton Junction, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload furniture and warehouse materials
• Pick and prepare furniture orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and turret trucks
• Use RF scanners and scan guns to locate and verify inventory
• Assist with receiving, shipping, staging, and order preparation
• Meet daily production and performance goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and policies
• Work with team members and supervisors to keep warehouse operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Training may be available for qualified candidates.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00–$17.00 per hour starting pay
• Earn up to $21.00 per hour with production incentives

$750 Sign-On Bonus

New employees are eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:

• $375 after 60 days of employment
• $375 after 90 days of employment
