The Director of New Supplier Development is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing new direct line agreements with manufacturers to strengthen Radwell’s vertical supply chain. This role focuses on expanding Radwell’s direct supplier base, improving pricing and product availability, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships that align with corporate growth and profitability objectives. The Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and launch of new direct lines.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support the VP, Global Supplier Management, in building a long-term supplier development strategy and global alignment with EU and Canadian teams.

Qualifications
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00-$135,000.00 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.

- Lead the identification, qualification, and negotiation of new direct manufacturer partnerships.
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and key distribution partners to secure favorable pricing, terms, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Legal to review and finalize distribution agreements, NDAs, and related contracts.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, coordinating with IT, Pricing, and Command Center teams to ensure clean integration into Radwell systems (price files, product data, and imagery).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute launch plans for new direct lines, including internal communication, product training, and promotional support.
- Work closely with the Direct Line Account Manager to transition signed lines into active account management and business development.
- Monitor supplier performance post-launch and identify opportunities for deeper engagement or expanded product coverage.

Qualifications
