A well-established institutional fixed income trading and technology firm is seeking a senior Sales Trader to join its New York office.
This is a unique opportunity to join a business at the intersection of markets, electronic trading and client coverage. The successful candidate will work closely with institutional clients, helping drive adoption of proprietary execution technology across rates and fixed income markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop institutional client relationships
- Support electronic and algorithmic trade execution
- Provide market colour and relative value insights
- Work closely with trading, technology and quantitative teams
- Help grow client flow and platform adoption
Requirements:
- 3-7 years' experience within fixed income markets
- Background in sales trading, broking, execution services or electronic trading
- Knowledge of products such as Treasuries, Rates, Repo, Futures or Interest Rate Swaps
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Interest in trading technology and market structure

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
