Weekly Pay : $1500 to $1,800
Job Description:
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/T-LPN) for a contract role in Elkins, WV. The nurse will provide direct care to residents, administer medications, monitor clinical condition, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans. Ideal for candidates with LTC/Geriatric experience.
Shift & Schedule:
- Shift: 12 Hours (Days/Nights Open)
- G-Hours : 36 Hours / Weekly
- Setting: Long-Term Care / Geriatric
- Location: Elkins
- Vaccination: Covid Vaccinated / Medical Exemption Allowed
Must Haves:
- Active Compact/Single State LPN License
- Minimum 1 year LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS Certification
- EMR/Charting experience
- Strong nursing judgment & patient care delivery
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in SNF/LTC settings
- Team collaboration & communication skills
