Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Oversee facilities maintenance projects, including painting and small-scale renovations, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Electrical experience preferred
- Skilled in basic carpentry or painting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and guests
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
