Overview
Aspetto is seeking a Tactical Account Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing client relationships, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and a desire to contribute to the success of our sales strategies. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of all sales-related tasks.
Duties
Maintain and grow existing client contracts and partnerships.
Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and RFPs.
Manage client communications and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, presentations, and events.
Support the execution of sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases to ensure accurate client information.
Conduct market research to provide valuable insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field with client or vendor interaction.
Willingness to make outreach calls to prospective clients and partners for business development.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Familiarity with government procurement processes or a willingness to learn.
