We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related roles in a fast-paced environment.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage full-time and contract technical requisitions
β’ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
β’ Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and recruiting events
β’ Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
β’ Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
β’ Maintain recruitment activity within ATS and reporting tools
β’ Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning initiatives
β’ Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
πΉ Required Skills & Experience:
β Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
β Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
β Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
β Ability to recruit for multiple technical disciplines
β Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β Experience supporting hybrid or enterprise-level recruitment environments preferred
