Job Description
The QC Technician is responsible for conducting quality control analyses, entering and reporting results, and processing quality-related deviations to ensure products meet established quality standards. This role helps ensure manufactured products are safe, reliable, and compliant with both internal and external requirements, promoting customer satisfaction and trust in the business.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Fluency in the local language is required; proficiency in additional languages is encouraged.

- Perform Laboratory Testing – Independently conduct routine quality control analyses following established testing procedures.
- Flexibility – Perform additional tasks as needed to support laboratory operations.
- Analytical Instrumentation – Familiarity with and working knowledge of various benchtop analytical instruments.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform routine quality control laboratory analyses according to established procedures.
- Execute all phases of testing, including sample preparation, analysis, accurate documentation, and data recording while maintaining data integrity.
- Review test results for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.
- Identify and report quality deviations, including out-of-specification (OOS) results, in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform initial investigations and testing for OOS results following approved protocols.
- Recognize recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on assigned laboratory equipment while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
- Complete testing activities and submit results within established turnaround times.
- Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
- Support laboratory operations by performing additional duties as assigned.
