What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Engineer Metals Processing position at Radiant System?
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of metals manufacturing including laser cutting, heat treatment, shape setting, electropolishing, passivation, machining, or welding.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, Chemical, or related Engineering.
- 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience (5 6 years considered with strong metals experience).
- Experience in regulated manufacturing (Medical Device preferred; Pharma, Aerospace, Automotive, or Semiconductor also considered).
- Experience with process validation, continuous improvement, and production/operations support.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification or hands-on experience preferred.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
