Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to support project teams
- Help Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Monitor project progress and report on any potential issues or delays to management
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and project stakeholders
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project costs, progress and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completed project objectives
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
- Act as a Liaison and provide oversite of Vendors that are actively involved in projects
- Schedule and organize project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items
- Ensure all project-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with management regarding strategy and roadmaps for project initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Knowledge of the hospitality and gaming markets. Systems a plus (e.g.: LMS, ACSC, Amadeus HotSOS/Rex, Alice, Microsoft Dynamics, IDeas, etc.).
- Willing to take initiative and be innovative.
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to work closely with vendors and employees
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document reports, processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated abilities to lead and positively influence teams, develop talent, and lead by example.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
- Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
- Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
- Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
Salary : $35 - $40
