We’re Hiring: Cost & Financial Analyst
Location: Cost & Financial Analyst
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: Up to $47.95/hr. on W2 (No Benefits)
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
Occasional Saturday support required during month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports covering inventory, WIP, material usage variances, and plant P&L.
- Analyze cost variations and identify discrepancies in financial data.
- Support financial reporting and inventory analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Purchasing teams.
- Improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience; junior candidates are welcome.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and inventory valuation.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Excellent data analysis and reconciliation skills.
Preferred Skills: Oracle ERP, Power BI, Power Query, and manufacturing finance experience.
Salary : $40 - $47
