The Plant Cost & Financial Analyst supports the Plant Controller in delivering accurate, timely and insightful manufacturing finance reporting. The role owns a recurring cadence of weekly and intra-week reports — WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV and the plant P&L — and prepares the Analysis of Change (AOC) that explains period-over-period movements in plant performance. - Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance or plant finance.
- Understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, WIP, PPV and usage variances.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile data across multiple sources.
- Experience with Oracle ERP (costing, inventory and subledger reporting).
- Exposure to engineer-to-order or project-based manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query or other reporting automation tools.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
