Senior Project Manager – Hydroelectric / Dam Projects

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex hydroelectric dam maintenance projects from planning through execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and project controls.
- Manage construction/maintenance contracts and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regulators, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with FERC and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, governance, and closeout.
- Lead change management and project communications.
Requirements:
- 9 years of project management experience with large, complex projects.
- PMP certification required.
- Experience with dam/marine construction, hydroelectric, power generation, or regulated infrastructure.
- Strong construction, contract, cost, risk, schedule, and stakeholder management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- PE license / Dam Safety experience preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently to the project site in Prairie du Sac, WI.
Salary : $80 - $85
