- Install, configure, and deploy Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers (WLC), and access points (WAP).
- Perform rack-and-stack, network cabling, and equipment provisioning.
- Support network routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and MPLS technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, Quality, Applications, and business teams.
- Support network infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.
- Experience in enterprise Cisco network infrastructure and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, routers, switches, WLC, and WAP.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VPN, and MPLS.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or GxP experience is preferred.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.
