Job Title: AI Business Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Mon Thurs Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Train business teams on Microsoft Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools, and prompt engineering.
- Identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, documentation, and best practices for AI adoption.
- Support AI governance, data security, compliance, and automation standards.
- Track solution adoption, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI productivity tools, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, cloud data platforms, and analytics workflows.
- Strong experience in business process improvement, stakeholder management, and user training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Google Gemini/ADK, Claude AI, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, dashboards, change management, and technical documentation.
Salary : $60 - $65
