📍 Location: Detroit, MI
⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
🚗 Transportation Required (Mileage reimbursement provided per company policy)
Radiant Systems is seeking a Business Project Coordinator (Restoration Coordinator) to support ongoing underground Gas Line Replacement projects throughout Southeast Michigan. This is a field-based role that combines project coordination, customer communication, and restoration tracking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and document property restoration requirements resulting from underground gas line replacement work
✔ Record and upload restoration data using an iPad at construction sites
✔ Serve as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, restoration vendors, and field crews
✔ Monitor restoration activities and support project completion efforts
✔ Coordinate with inspectors, municipalities, counties, and MDOT representatives as needed
✔ Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
✅ Ability to be on your feet and walk for approximately 90% of the workday
✅ Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement available)
✅ Basic experience using iPads and internet-based applications
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Basic math skills
✅ Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, inspectors, and field personnel
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Project coordination or field operations experience
⭐ Construction, utilities, restoration, or infrastructure project exposure
⭐ Experience interacting with municipal agencies and inspectors
