- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business with H.R concentration preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR position.
- SHRM (Society of Human Resources) certification preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare field preferred.
- Holds a specialty focus on addition to HR Generalist skills and abilities in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
