The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• ****Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

• You take pride in thorough sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting — not just what’s visible, but what’s often overlooked.

What You’ll Do

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the heart of our service. You’ll visit client homes and:

• Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing bathrooms, and tidying kitchens
• Polish faucets, wipe baseboards, and bring shine to the often-overlooked spots
• Follow customized checklists to ensure consistency and excellence
• Create a sense of calm and care in each space — making homes feel truly loved
• Communicate with kindness and professionalism with clients and teammates
• Respect client privacy and treat every home with integrity and gratitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
