The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Complete carpet repairs, including stretching, patching and seaming.
- Perform water extraction and equipment setup for flood calls.
- Water and mold restoration/remediation is a HUGE plus
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns (as applicable).
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
- Properly complete job logs and photo/video documentation
- NO selling is required! Your pay is hourly, not based on what you sell. We focus on customer satisfaction and completing the job with the highest of standards, not selling products or services that aren’t needed.
Skills
- At least 6 months recent Carpet Cleaning experience required.
- Proficient in cleaning techniques, particularly carpet cleaning using a truck-mount machine and commercial portable carpet cleaner.
- Proficient in carpet stretching and carpet patching a huge plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- You must be available for evening/weekend on-call for after-hour floods. This is a rotation basis, which usually is 1-2 weeks a month.
- Flexibility in hours. This is NOT a 9-5 job. We usually start at 6am so we start the day early and get home at a reasonable time. The hours can vary any given day. We always do our best to accommodate any obligations you may have as long as reasonable advance notice is given.
Additional Requirements
- · Must be able to pass a background check
- · Must have a VALID driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
- · Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or tickets in the last 3 years)
Pay Starting at $20.00/hour
