We are seeking reliable Cleaning Technicians who are committed to quality work and interested in supplemental income and opportunities for growth.
Work Locations
Work is performed at client properties throughout King County. Employees travel directly to job sites. There is no central office location.
Schedule
Work is primarily on-call and project-based. Cleaning Technicians are offered jobs as they become available and can accept shifts based on their availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform move-out / turnover cleaning for apartments and rental units
- Perform janitorial cleaning for buildings and common areas as needed
- Deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and surfaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize to high standards
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential deep cleaning or move-out/turnover cleanings preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout King County
- Working cell phone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Dependable and punctual
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must speak and understand English for internal communication
Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 30–40 lbs
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Climb stairs frequently
