Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate roofing material and equipment pickup and delivery to and from job site as required.
- Fulfill load list and inventory requests.
- Perform maintenance and repair of roofing equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles.
- Understand proper use of vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools.
- Follow safe work practices in the warehouse and at the job site.
- Maintain safe and clean warehouse and grounds.
- Perform basic facility maintenance for all building on site.
- Perform basic landscape maintenance (e.g. mow lawn, trim bushes).
- Other activities as needed.
