Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot leaks, damage, and roof system deficiencies.
- Complete repairs on a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and BUR.
- Document current conditions, completed work, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements, including the proper use of PPE and fall protection.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and promptly report unsafe conditions.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients and the public.
- Explain roofing issues and repair work clearly and respectfully.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality and service standards.
- Maintain accurate service records including job logs, photos, and billing information.
- Utilize mobile applications and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Lift and climb ladders, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of roofing production or service experience.
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including some weekends.
- Valid driver’s license.
- OSHA 10-hour safety card.
- English fluency.
