Description: The Radchem Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring safety and regulatory adherence and internal policy enforcement. This role is responsible for providing support to the Compliance Team by monitoring a variety of internal processes, collaborating with internal departments to resolve any issues, and assisting the Compliance Manager on research and project-based work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures, including Safety Data Sheet processing
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Support compliance audits and risk assessments
- Help track and document compliance activities and findings
- Assist in preparing reports and training materials
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
