The Senior Service Manager - Florida is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of up to 350 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual teams with Store Support, Operations, and multiple cross-functional departments to achieve the optimal functioning level for stores. The Senior Service Manager ensures complete operability of every store location at all times. The Senior Service Manager is responsible for leading up to 10 Repair and Services Managers (ie RSM), who each cover 30 to 60 store locations and lead up to 20 skilled technicians. Up to 75% travel required. We are currently seeking talent candidates in the Orlando, FL area.

What You'll Do
- Manages the team of individuals responsible for the timely maintenance and repairs of our convenience store locations to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing profitability for the organization.
- Leads, trains, and guides direct reports and ensures the appropriate resources are available to perform their job.
- Teams with Director of Field Services to establish and maintain departmental goals and objectives to ultimately ensure all services and processes are supporting field personnel and stores.
- Builds partnerships and facilitates communication between Field Services and Operations Management to ensure the goals of both teams are aligning with the needs of the region.
- Oversees facility services functions and ensures all convenience store locations are at full operability at all times, increasing profitability for the organization.
- Establishes and maintains key business relationships with a diverse network of vendors around the region. Directly handles all In House Maintenance oversight and guidance in their area of responsibility and supports with vendor-related functions, including invoice audit and approvals.
- Review and report on performance metrics and financial information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Follows up daily with Regional Service Managers on process execution and performance.
- Provides support to cross-functional departments in various projects related to RaceTrac stores.
- Assesses current Facility Services processes and programs and recommends solutions to improve operability.
- Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines for facility services as necessary.
- Ability to assume responsibility for 24 hours/7 day operation, required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred
- 4 experience in retail or related field preferred
- 4 years experience in a managerial role preferred
- General knowledge maintenance and repair procedures a plus
