District Manager- in Training
The DISTRICT MANAGER -in Training (DMIT) for Rent-A-Center works with key leaders during the training process to establish skills and abilities that demonstrates the highest quality of leadership in motivating Store Managers and Coworkers to personal and corporate success. During the training process, the DMIT effectively communicates the company’s business expectations and drives results through impactful coaching and development to achieve maximum productivity. In the DMIT role, coworkers supports the company culture and commitment to high performing workforce through the attraction, training, development, and retention of quality Coworkers and accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values.

Qualifications:
Do you have what it takes?

- Valid state driver's license and good driving record
