This role owns the performance, growth, and direction of Rabine Paving America and Rabine Snow & Land. You will lead a national platform built on both internal teams and a certified partner network, with full P&L responsibility.
This is not a maintenance role—it’s a growth role. The focus is on scaling the business, improving consistency, and building recurring, account-based revenue.

Essential Functions
Financial Performance
- Full ownership of revenue, margin, and EBITDA
- Forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Cost control across labor, equipment, and partner spend
- Pricing strategy that protects margin and drives growth
- Identify and pursue national account opportunities and diversify client portfolio
- Work directly with Sales Leadership to drive growth strategy
- Convert transactional work into long-term contracts
- Shape go-to-market strategy and target accounts
- Expand share of wallet through multi-service offerings
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and at high quality
- Align estimating, project management, and field teams
- Standardize workflows and build scalable operations
- Gain understanding of internal RPA and Group processes/SOPs
- Continuously looking for opportunities to better processes and create efficiencies
- Ability to administer and analyze team and company KPI's and make adjustments to enhance performance
- Select the right work based on profitability and risk
- Ensure accurate, executable proposals
- Protect the business through strong contracts and scope definition
- Build and manage a high-performing partner network
- Hold partners accountable to Rabine standards
- Ensure partner execution reflects the Rabine brand
- Build executive-level client relationships
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery
- Resolve issues and drive retention and renewals
- Ability to understand and articulate differentiating factors RPA can provided for client needs
- Continuously looking for opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Understanding of client requirements and expectations
- Enforce safety standards across all operations

Qualifications:
- 10–15 years leadership experience in construction or service-based contracting
- Leads with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting, proactively driving value engineering solutions that create alignment and value across all stakeholders.
- Proven P&L ownership ($10M–$50M )
- Experience scaling multi-location or national operations
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Deep understanding of estimating and field execution
- Experience managing subcontractor or partner models
- Track record building high-performing teams
- Experience with national accounts and contract-based relationships
- Ability to operate strategically while executing at a high level
- Experience with recurring revenue or snow/maintenance services is a plus
- Ability to make difficult decisions, backed by experience, that protect the best interests of RPA
- Ability to have difficult conversations backed by industry knowledge and experience
- Creates a positive work environment for team members while still focusing on execution
