Job Description:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflows, IntegrationHub, and custom applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external applications and enterprise systems.
Experience with data imports, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, and integration processes.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, enhancements, and production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
