ServiceNow Developer (Mid Level)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Schedule: 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break (7 billable hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform hands-on development using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure and customize UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, and Email Scripts.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP Web Services and other ServiceNow integrations.
- Work with SQL/MySQL and database technologies as required.
- Support ServiceNow version upgrades, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Work with configuration management and IT service management processes.
- Support Discovery and Application Dependency Mapping (ADM) using tools such as ServiceNow Service Mapping, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or Device42.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow ITIL concepts and best practices in the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
- Strong core JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with SQL/MySQL or other database technologies.
- Experience working with ServiceNow upgrades and integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping/Application Dependency Mapping.
- Understanding of ITIL Foundation concepts.
- Experience working in a large enterprise or government agency environment is preferred.
Salary : $80 - $90
