Role Description
The Inside Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customers and coordinating the fulfillment of orders. This role involves processing sales orders, communicating with customers on order status, coordinating logistics with the warehouse, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient operations
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in computer tools and inventory management software is a plus
