As a Service & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers supported. You’ll be the go-to person connecting logistics, service teams, and customers—ensuring that critical equipment arrives on time, is ready for use, and that customers receive timely support.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keep Things Moving
- Coordinate shipments for installations, service visits, and equipment deliveries across the U.S.
- Partner with logistics vendors to ensure everything arrives on time and in the right place
Own Inventory & Equipment Readiness
- Manage spare parts and demo equipment inventory
- Track equipment movement and maintain accurate records
- Help ensure equipment is tested, ready, and available when needed
Be a Key Point of Contact
- Support field service engineers with scheduling and shipment updates
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed
Support Customers
- Manage incoming support requests and provide initial troubleshooting
- Route issues to the right teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Drive Accuracy & Process
- Maintain data in ERP systems and support installation tracking
- Assist with contract and warranty activation
Get Hands-On in the Lab
- Perform quality checks and help prepare instruments for shipment
- Support upgrades and ensure equipment meets readiness standards
What You Bring
- Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
- Interest in life sciences or lab equipment (a plus, not required)
