As a Service & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers supported. You’ll be the go-to person connecting logistics, service teams, and customers—ensuring that critical equipment arrives on time, is ready for use, and that customers receive timely support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Keep Things Moving

• Coordinate shipments for installations, service visits, and equipment deliveries across the U.S.
• Partner with logistics vendors to ensure everything arrives on time and in the right place

Own Inventory & Equipment Readiness

• Manage spare parts and demo equipment inventory
• Track equipment movement and maintain accurate records
• Help ensure equipment is tested, ready, and available when needed

Be a Key Point of Contact

• Support field service engineers with scheduling and shipment updates
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed

Support Customers

• Manage incoming support requests and provide initial troubleshooting
• Route issues to the right teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Drive Accuracy & Process

• Maintain data in ERP systems and support installation tracking
• Assist with contract and warranty activation

Get Hands-On in the Lab

• Perform quality checks and help prepare instruments for shipment
• Support upgrades and ensure equipment meets readiness standards

What You Bring

• Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, or coordination roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
• Interest in life sciences or lab equipment (a plus, not required)
