Role Description
This is a full-time, Investor Outreach Specialist role based in Homestead, FL. The Investor Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential investors, building and maintaining relationships, and presenting investment opportunities. Tasks include developing outreach strategies, preparing pitch materials, coordinating investor meetings, and ensuring clear communication to align with investor goals and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in investor relations, client management, or business development
- Understanding of real estate development or investments is a plus
