New Media Specialist
R.H. Foster Energy is looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Digital Media & Content Specialist to help bring our family of brands to life. This position works closely with all teams across the company to develop engaging communications, create marketing campaigns, and strengthen our presence across digital and traditional media.

What You’ll Do
- Create, edit, and publish engaging written, photographic, graphic, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and other company communications.
- Manage and optimize content across social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Design and support digital marketing campaigns for R.H. Foster Energy, Foster Holding, Freshies convenience stores and kitchens, Tri City Pizza, Brick Oven Bangor Rye Bakery, Freshies Wood Fired Pizza, Pilots Grill Cheese, Sparkle Car Wash, and other company brands.
- Develop digital and print communications for internal and external audiences.
- Build and maintain content calendars and placement schedules across multiple platforms and programs.
- Monitor online activity and respond professionally and promptly to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with departments across the organization to maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate marketing messages.
- Audit digital and printed materials to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and presentation.
- Research current digital media trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, community partners, and other organizations to expand our digital presence.
- Help organize and maintain the company’s media, photography, video, and advertising library.
- Assist with monitoring budgets for digital media campaigns and initiatives.
- Travel to company and community locations as needed to capture content and support marketing activities.
- Perform all responsibilities safely and remain alert to potentially unsafe conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, communications, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for different brands, platforms, and audiences.
- Experience creating or editing photos, graphics, and video content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, website performance, and digital campaign reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines.
- Professional judgment when interacting with customers and representing company brands online.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with employees across different departments and business lines.

Salary : $53,625 - $76,375
