R&D Paving is seeking Experienced Asphalt Paving Laborers. Position offers compensation based on qualifications and experience, plus added benefits.
Experienced Asphalt Paving Laborers:
- Must have 1-3 years experience . Specifically in looting and raking.
- Responsibilities include shoveling, raking, handling a wheel barrow, and performing other paving duties as needed.
- Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to traffic control.
- Candidate must have ambition and be ready to take initiative. Candidate must possess ability to work as part of a team.
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
- This position offers the opportunity to move up in the company, based on performance.
