R&D Landscape
Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and plant material.
- Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, grading, and landscape construction.
- Operate landscape construction equipment as experience allows.
- Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Assist foremen with project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Landscape construction experience preferred.
- Construction experience is helpful.
- Ability to learn equipment operation.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic.
- Coachable attitude.
- Interest in long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day.
- Ability to regularly lift materials and equipment.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
