R&D Landscape
Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Pay: Starting at $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial and residential lawn maintenance services.
- Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
- Maintain clean, professional job sites.
- Work safely while following company policies and procedures.
- Assist crew leaders with daily route completion.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
- Assist with snow operations during the winter season as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Interest in growing into leadership opportunities is encouraged.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift equipment and materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the season.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
