Pay: $50–$60/hour
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
On-Call: Late shift call rotation and every 4th weekend
Job Summary
R&B Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at RiverView Health in Crookston, MN. The ideal candidate is comfortable circulating and/or scrubbing across a high-volume, high-variety surgical caseload and can move confidently between specialties on any given day.
Procedures/Specialties Covered
- Upper and lower endoscopies
- General surgery, both open and laparoscopic
- Spine surgery
- Upper and lower total joint replacements
- Orthopedic sports medicine
- Podiatry
- OB/GYN, including C-sections
- Cardiac pacemaker insertions
- Pain management procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Active RN License required
- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and participate in call rotation, including every 4th weekend
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide circulating and/or scrub support across a broad range of surgical specialties
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure OR readiness for each case
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Accurately document intraoperative care per facility and regulatory standards
- Respond to on-call needs per the scheduled rotation
Travel/Assignment Details
- Assignment length: 13 weeks (extension possible based on facility need)
- Pay: $50–$60/hour
