Job Summary R&B Staffing is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at RiverView Health in Crookston, MN, starting August 10. This is a critical access hospital setting, so the ideal candidate is comfortable floating to Med Surg when L&D census is lower and can move confidently between both units as patient needs shift.

Unit Coverage

• Labor & Delivery (primary)
• Med Surg (float required)

Requirements

• Med Surg float required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Active RN License required
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment

Preferred

• Experience in a Critical Access Facility

Responsibilities

• Provide L&D nursing care including labor support, delivery assistance, and postpartum care
• Float to Med Surg as needed to support unit staffing and patient care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and unit staff to ensure safe, coordinated care
• Accurately document patient care per facility and regulatory standards

• Start Date: August 10, 2026
• Assignment length: 13 weeks (extension possible based on facility need)
• Schedule: 3x12 Days (36 hours/week)
• Pay: $50–$60/hour
