What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including AEO optimization, to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve Core Web Vitals metrics to enhance site performance and user experience.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments with a focus on answer-based search intent.
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Optimize on-page and off-page elements, including structured data and featured snippet opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage an internal SEO team and/or external agency partners to achieve performance goals.
- Perform advanced crawl analysis using industry-leading crawling tools, identifying and resolving site issues.
- 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proven experience managing an SEO team and/or agency partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of server-side vs. client-side rendering and their SEO implications.
- Demonstrated expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and Core Web Vitals.
- Advanced experience using crawling tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Botify, Lumar) with an emphasis on crawl analysis.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and structured data.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
