The QA Product Development Specialist supports QVC by overseeing the quality assurance process for Home Proprietary Brands, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet QxH market requirements and drives continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at QVC West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
- Ensure Home Proprietary Brand products are developed for QxH markets and comply with all quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and QA teams to translate product attributes into specifications, documentation, and technical requirements.
- Oversee and document product specifications, packaging, sample flow, and review findings throughout the development process.
- Create and review instruction manuals, labeling, and market documentation to ensure factory compliance and support product claims.
- Monitor product performance, address quality issues, and provide feedback to vendors and factories to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of consumer products, technical specifications, and quality assurance processes, with the ability to create, interpret, and validate technical documents.
- B.S degree in technical field or a combination of relevant certification and experience
- Demonstrated experience in home textiles and soft home categories (e.g., bedding, bath, decorative pillows, throws), with a strong understanding of material performance, industry standards, and product compliance.
