- We're seeking a strategic and curious Manager of People Analytics & Insights to elevate our HR analytics function from traditional reporting to true people analytics. This role supports all of QVC Group(s) brands and functions and drives the delivery of actionable workforce insights. This role is about redefining how people data powers decisions—helping leaders interpret insights, influencing strategy, and creating a culture where data is accessible, trusted, and actionable.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

- Transform Analytics into Impact: Move beyond dashboards to deliver actionable recommendations and predictive insights, that influence talent strategies and business outcomes
- Lead End-to End Solutions: Gather, refine and prioritize business and user requirements; manage the full lifecycle of HR analytics solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Champion Listening & Engagement: Oversee team member listening programs and partner with HR and business leaders to drive meaningful action
- Monitor & Optimize: Track product performance, analyze usage metrics, and proactively recommend enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and competitive insights
- Bridge Data and Strategy: Translate complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders and business stakeholders, bridging technical analytics with human-centered strategy
- Ethics & Data Governance: Champion ethical data use, privacy and governance in all people analytics initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline- or equivalent experience demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills
- 3 years' experience with Workday People Analytics and/or Workday Prism Analytics to design, manage and optimize workforce data solutions
- Proven ability to work with data: analyzing trends, building models, and translating findings into actionable insights that influence decisions
- Comfort with statistical methods and predictive modeling: ability to lead a team to techniques to uncover patterns and forecast outcomes
- Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling: proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to create clear, impactful dashboards and reports
- Experience with data governance and compliance best practices
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
