Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC, fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.
- Network and consult with corporate / site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.
- Model QVC Group Values and operating principles to build a positive, motivating, engaged Culture, treating all employees fairly, ethically, and respectfully.
- Review existing operations to determine what improvements the department can make to allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.
- Oversee daily operations for assigned area, partnering with other departments.
- Identify, report, and communicate with the Department Manager trends and irregularities. Take an approach to analyzing deficiencies and develop plans to correct them.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
