Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
Qualifications
