Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage member appointments with healthcare providers.
Provide accurate information to members regarding our services, wellness programmes, and benefits.
Triage and direct calls to the appropriate internal departments or clinical staff.
Handle sensitive member information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, adhering to data protection regulations.
Perform essential administrative duties, including data entry and updating member records in our system.
Resolve member queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Contribute positively to our remote team environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
