Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, responding professionally via email, phone, and our support portal.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding our company's services and intelligent solutions.
• Address and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and organised records of all client interactions and support cases within our CRM system.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, including technical support and sales, to ensure client needs are met promptly.
• Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of our products and services.
• Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring new customers feel supported and valued from the outset.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing support role, preferably within the technology or professional services sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to every task.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A genuine interest in technology and an aptitude for understanding complex concepts related to AI, Big Data, or business intelligence is highly desirable.
• The ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience would be a significant advantage.
