Responsibilities

As a Client Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Serving as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly manner.
• Scheduling service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits efficiently for our residential and commercial customers.
• Coordinating with our team of skilled technicians to manage schedules and dispatch them to job sites.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, service histories, and account information within our company systems.
• Providing administrative support to the service department, including the preparation of quotes and invoices.
• Proactively resolving any client issues or concerns to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Liaising between clients and technical staff to ensure clear communication and that all service requirements are met.

• Previous experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
