Compensation: $65K Base (Open) $40K Bonus (Total $105K All In Compensation)
We are recruiting for our client, an established and well known plastic surgery/aesthetics clinic in Fort Myers, FL, looking to hire a motivated Marketing & Lead Growth Specialist who wants to step into a role with real momentum.
This is not a “start from zero” opportunity. The business already generates approximately 200 inbound leads per month, giving you a strong foundation to build on immediately. Your focus will be optimizing, nurturing, and expanding lead generation efforts while improving conversion performance and driving measurable growth.

What you will do
- Manage and grow inbound lead flow across marketing channels
- Improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Build and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok)
- Execute campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth
- Track performance and continuously optimize results
- Collaborate with leadership to scale proven strategies
- Utilize social media recording room to interview/record patients
