Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to middle school students.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
3. Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
6. Stay current with advancements in English education and integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.
