Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX or Minneapolis, MN for a Business Development Representative at Quilr. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive company growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, initiating outreach through email and calls, qualifying potential customers, setting up sales meetings, and maintaining records of sales activities in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage prospects effectively
- Proven skills in market research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Comfortable with sales outreach through calls, email, and other platforms
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales activities
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in B2B sales or knowledge of the technology/cybersecurity industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
