Key Responsibilities:
• Process client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision and efficiency.
• Provide friendly, professional service to clients while assisting with account inquiries and basic banking needs.
• Support branch operations by filling in for tellers and bankers during peak hours or staffing shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers according to bank policies.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
